2. Eligibility

• You must be 16 years or older (in line with Australia’s social media age restrictions effective December 2025)
• You must provide accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining account security

3. User Conduct

• Respectful engagement with clubs, agents, and associations
• No harassment, misrepresentation, or illegal activity
• No misuse of data or impersonation
• You must not use the app to facilitate unlawful activity

4. Content Ownership & Licence

• You retain ownership of the content you post
• By posting, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, transferable licence to use, display, distribute, and make your content available through the app
• You confirm you have rights to the content you upload
• We may remove or restrict content that breaches these Terms or applicable law

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

• We may share data with clubs, agents, and football associations for legitimate purposes
• We may disclose data if required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, including requests from law enforcement or regulators
• We do not sell data to unrelated third parties
• Disclosures may occur to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users and the broader soccer community

6. Service Availability

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may modify or discontinue features at any time
• Liability is limited to the extent permitted under Australian law

7. Termination

• Accounts may be suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms
• Users may appeal or contact support for resolution

8. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia
