1. Introduction

These Terms govern access to and use of nextdraft.app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old
  • If under 18, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent where required by law
  • You must provide accurate and current information

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activity occurring under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Misrepresent identity, age, or professional status
  • Harass, exploit, or endanger other users
  • Scrape, misuse, or commercially exploit data without authorisation
  • Upload unlawful, infringing, or misleading content

5. Content and Licences

  • You retain ownership of your content
  • You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, distribute, and make available your content as part of the service
  • You grant NextDraft the right to use profile content and match footage for NextDraft first-party promotional and product purposes, including generating and displaying AI-assisted highlight reels on your profile
  • This right is limited to NextDraft's own services, channels, and marketing activities, and does not grant unrelated third parties any independent right to use your content
  • You confirm you have the rights to all uploaded content

6. Professional Disclaimer

NextDraft provides a networking and visibility platform only. We do not guarantee recruitment, contracts, trials, or professional outcomes.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, legal requirements, or to protect platform integrity.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing excludes rights that cannot be excluded under consumer law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Mandatory local consumer protections may still apply.
