Partner Program Terms (Member Benefits)

Last Updated: 30 August 2026

Addendum B to the Terms of Service

These Partner Program Terms apply to organisations that participate in NextDraft Member Benefits (offers, verification, redemptions, and the partner portal). They supplement the general Terms of Service and are separate from Club Placement Terms / placement commission.

1. Parties and who may bind the partner

  • Parties: the partner organisation and NextDraft.
  • Who may accept for the partner: partner admin members. Viewers may use the portal under org policy but are not the audit signatory for commercial acceptance.

2. Program scope

Partners may:

  • Maintain offers / sponsorships subject to NextDraft approval where required
  • Use verification and redemption APIs or flows NextDraft provides
  • Access the partner portal for analytics and settings

NextDraft may approve, reject, or deactivate offers and partnerships.

3. Commission estimates vs settlement

Dashboard commission estimates (rates on offers or partner defaults × redemption values) are estimates for reporting, not a guarantee of payout. Actual settlement rules, if any, will be agreed separately in writing. Do not conflate partner estimates with club placement commission (3% / 10%).

4. Data and member privacy

Partners must only use member data obtained through NextDraft for fulfilling the benefit and complying with law. Sharing beyond the agreed program requires NextDraft approval and applicable consent. See also the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Partners must not:

  • Circumvent verification or fabricate redemptions
  • Misrepresent discounts or offer terms to members
  • Use the portal after the partnership or organisation is suspended

6. Suspension and org lock

NextDraft may lock or suspend a partner organisation (portal, verify, redemption) without automatically banning every partner member. Individual member bans remain available separately.

7. Changes

Material updates require notice and re-acceptance by a partner admin where the product enforces acceptance.
