Organisers · Tournaments

Run your tournament. Keep every player on one roster.

Next Draft gives tournament organisers a roster for each edition, tools to add and invite players, and a view of the progress players choose to share. Organiser access is by invitation from Next Draft.

What organisers can do

Organisers manage the roster for the editions they are assigned to. Taking part in a tournament gives no recruiter, representation or club-management rights.

Invitation-only access

An admin appoints you by email. Invite links only work for the email address they were sent to: sign in with that address, accept the invite, then open My tournaments to see your events.

One roster per edition

See every player in your edition, with search, paging and whether each player has claimed their account.

Find existing players or add new ones

Search for players who already have a Next Draft profile, or add new players by name, email and phone.

Import a CSV and check every row

Upload up to 1,000 rows with first name, last name, email and phone. Problem rows are flagged with a plain-English reason, and you can fix them before you import.

Email invitations, sent once

Players get one invitation per tournament with a single-use claim link, so re-running an import will not send a second message. Resend replaces the claim link from 24 hours after the last send.

Progress sharing is the player’s choice

Players decide whether to share their progress with the tournament and whether to show the badge. Organisers see claimed status and, only when a player shares, their recent applications and accepted representatives.

Set up your tournament on Next Draft

Sign up with the email address your invitation was sent to, then accept the invite to open your tournament’s roster.
