  • Location data: city or suburb-level location (not precise street address), used for search, discovery, and matching players with local clubs

  • Video data from submitted links: video content and related metadata from links users submit (e.g. YouTube/Veo) for the express purpose of generating highlights and performance stats for player profiles
  • Account data: login credentials, preferences
  • Usage and technical data: IP address, device type, browser, cookies, analytics, log data
  • Communications: messages, support enquiries

4. Lawful Basis for Processing (GDPR/UK GDPR)

We process personal data on the following lawful bases:

  • Performance of a contract (providing the platform)

We do not provide external companies with independent rights to use player profile data or footage for their own advertising or marketing.
